1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 778ph website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). 778ph is operated for the Philippine market and is intended for use by eligible residents and visitors within the jurisdiction where online betting is permitted.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 778ph Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

778ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the 778ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 778ph or any of its affiliates;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 778ph or any other gaming operator;
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 778ph for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

778ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 778ph Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 778ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Notify 778ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared devices;
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the Platform.

778ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified 778ph of unauthorized access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 778ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 778ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 778ph account are held for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 778ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 778ph account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• There must be no pending investigations or fraud reviews on your account;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 778ph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as updated from time to time.

778ph does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Any deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended.

5 Betting Rules & Wager Settlement

All bets placed on the 778ph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific betting rules for a particular market, the specific rules shall prevail.

By placing a bet on 778ph, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended by you after placement, except where 778ph expressly permits cash-out or bet editing features;
• 778ph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement, where such information was not reflected in the Platform due to a technical error;
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — 778ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the Platform;
• 778ph's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. 778ph cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the time you initiate a bet will be the same as those at the time the bet is confirmed. Where odds change between initiation and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with 778ph customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

778ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

General bonus terms applicable across all 778ph promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 778ph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion;
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time;
• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension;
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;
• Currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 778ph Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation;
• Attempting to manipulate, fix, or influence the outcome of any sporting event or game on which bets are offered;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 778ph staff or other users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems;
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity.

778ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity. 778ph reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and to freeze account funds pending investigation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 778ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 778ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 778ph;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any 778ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written permission;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of 778ph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 778ph.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 778ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 778ph's reasonable control;
• Errors in odds, results, or bet settlement that are promptly corrected upon discovery;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

778ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 778ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 778ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

778ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority;
• Suspected use of the account by an ineligible person, including a minor.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 778ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Where an account is terminated by 778ph due to a breach of these Terms, 778ph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such balance.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

778ph is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 778ph Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

778ph collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
